Our promise: local-first

Grounded Studios builds client-side Progressive Web Apps. Your data is stored on your device only — in your browser's localStorage or IndexedDB. We operate no account system, no backend database, and no cloud storage for app data.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, or receive your app data. We do not use analytics or tracking scripts. When you use an app, your entries never leave your device.

Cookies & third parties

Pages that display advertising (for example, Cozy Kitchen) may load ads served by Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. No other third-party services are used.

Your control

Because data is stored locally, you control it fully. Clear your browser data to erase everything an app has stored. Each app also offers in-app backup and export where applicable.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly process any child's information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
