1. Agreement

By using any Grounded Studios application or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not professional advice

Our applications provide general information and self-help tools. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or engineering advice. No professional relationship is formed. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, family, safety, or property.

3. Subscriptions & pricing

During the Founding Member Phase (until 31 December 2026, 23:59:59), all premium features are unlocked and free. From 1 January 2027, gated features require a subscription:

Essential — $2.99/month (R49/month)
Pro — $4.99/month (R79/month)

Prices are shown in your local currency where applicable and may change with notice.

4. "As is" & no warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grounded Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
